Best way to flash Softdevice to Seeed XIAO nRF52840 Plus

Hello! 

I want to develop a Heartrate Monitor Device which uses BLE and ANT+ using the Seeed XIAO nRF52840 Plus Board. 

Now that I have the board I found out that ANT doesn't Work without flashing the Softdevice S340 to it. I have tried some outdated Guide I found for an Adafruit board but that did not get me far.

So what is the Best / easiest Way to get the Softdevice updated on the Seeed Board?

S340 is ANT softdevice, so yes ANT won't work on nRF52 devices without flashing S340 on it. This is normal and as expected and as designed. I am not sure if this will work on Seeed aswell but if it has same memory layput as nRF52832 and nRF52840, then it should work.

So what is the Best / easiest Way to get the Softdevice updated on the Seeed Board?

You need to contact Seeed forums for it. My best guess is that you can update it using a debugger connected to SWD pins and using external debugger. But it is best you get this info from the Seeed websites and forums.
