Hello,
Yesterday, I received a new Power Profiler Kit 2 device directly out of the box, and unfortunately, it is not detected by any PC.
Symptoms:
- The green LED blinks continuously when the device is turned ON.
- The device is not recognized at all in Windows Device Manager (no J-Link, no unknown device, no COM port).
- I have tried the following steps:
- Two different USB data cables (connected directly, not via a USB hub).
- Two different Windows PCs.
- Installed the latest SEGGER J-Link drivers.
- Installed and ran nRF Connect for Desktop v5.1.0 with the Power Profiler v4.2.1 App.
Despite all attempts, the PPK2 does not show up, and no communication interface is initialized.
It seems the unit may be defective or stuck in an unrecoverable firmware state.
Could you please confirm whether this is a known issue, and suggest any possible recovery method or an RMA procedure?
