Comparison of ChannelSounding results between NCS and Zephyr

I work for ChannelSounding on nRF54L15.(NCS3.0.1)

I measured the distance using two nRF54L15-DKs.
The actual distance was 3m.
The average measurement result is shown below.

Zephyr ChannelSounding Sample(connected_cs) Result:
 phase_slope(average): 3.826121886
 RTT(avarage): 6.000941807

NCS ChannelSounding Sample(channel_sounding_ras) Result:
 IFFT(average): 2.876786939
 phase_slope(average): 5.269290868
 RTT(avarage): 5.43838964

In the NCS calculation method, the phase_slope value seems to be larger than the Zephyr version.
Why is the NCS version less accurate?

Hi, 

The phase slope algorithm in nRF Connect SDK should be ignored for any ranging performance. It was designed to validate the data flow only and the accuracy is not good enough to care about.
