How to install the Keil nRF ARM Device Family Pack?

I have just received a nRF52 DK board and I am as a start trying to compile the associated Blink program in Keil 5.18 Lite. When I copy the blink example using the Pack Installer version 1.3.12.0 I get the following error:

Cannot install Pack NordicSemiconductor.nRF_DeviceFamilyPack.8.3.1: Cannot compile SVD file(s)

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry, this is not answer.

I tried File/Imort "NordicSemiconductor.nRF_DeviceFamilyPack.8.3.1.zip" on Pack Installer. I have the same error message. It is "Cannot install Pack NordicSemiconductor.nRF_DeviceFamilyPack.8.3.1: Cannot compile SVD file(s)" .

Please help.

I am using Keil uVision5.
