Questions about SED devices

Hi,the nodic team

I use the system on mode to made the SED device into the low power,I found that in addition to my 5s polling woke up the device, there was another that woke up almost 4s. What is the reason? The following image:

By the way, when the SED device is in system on mode with low power, will that static variable data be lost? How do you use the flash that doesn't lose power if you lose it?

    Do you got logs from the device?

    Do you run a sample or custom code?

    Are you referring to any specific data, such as Thread network information?
