iBASIS SIM card not working

Hi, I've been trying to top up my iBASIS SIM card, but after clicking on the  nRF Cloud SIM "Buy data" link it fails and generates a system error message (see image below). 

It was working for 2 weeks and the data went to zero.  Please advise.

    I suggest reaching out to iBasis directly.  https://ibasis.com/   It looks like iBasis does not recognize this SIM iccid. You can also use LTE-M Sims from other MNOs (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) or MVNOs (Soracom, Hologram.io, ....).  Unfortunately we do not manage any of these other SIMs through nRF Cloud.  You would have to purchase one of those SIMs directly and manage the minutes through their dashboard.
