Software evaluation for nRF54L15

Our project needs to support the following features:
 1 BLE central role, 1 BLE peripheral role
 1 PWM, 1 UART, 1 ADC
 OTA  and BLE bonding

Can the nRF54L15 meet these requirements? what is the minimum Flash and RAM size required?

Yes, the nRF54L15 should meet your requirements.

what is the minimum Flash and RAM size required?

We don't have an exact number for this, you would need to build the firmware and see.. But the nrf54L15 with 1.5Mb flash and 256 KB RAM should be enough for this.
