For the GPS tracker we are developing with nrf9151, the SIM provider is askign for support for the SIM-TOOLKIT .

Do we have any documentation?

We do not have readily available information about SIM Toolkit support for nrf9151. I will check this internally and get back to you during the week.

We do have support for USAT (Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) Application Toolkit), which is for 3G and later 3GPP devices.
