What should be the 'Max Voltage Rating' for the Capacitor (1uF) at the DCC pin of nrf51822?

Please tell me the safe 'Max Voltage Rating' for the capacitor at the DCC pin of the nrf51822 in DCDC mode. I am talking about the C12 cap in the circuit shown in Page 113 of the nRF51822_PS v3.1. I am worried about this because of those inductors nearby it which might create voltage spikes across the C12 capacitor. Will a part with 6.3V Max Voltage Rating safe to use?

I just checked internally wrt. this question.

The DCC pin caps can be rated at 6.3V or greater.

If you want a good MTBF (like some exigent products) do a marging of about x2
