If the following function is used, how to solve this error:

void check_and_clear_reset_reason(void)

    // 获取复位原因

    nrfx_reset_reason_clear(reason);

Please take a look at this changelog for the nRF COnnect SDK v3.0.0:

Where it mentions that you need to use the hwinfo instead of the previous reset reason:
