The VDD_P9 of NRF54H20 abnormal hibernation current

We found a problem on the NRF54H20. When we ran C:\ncs\v3.0.2\nrf\tests\benchmarks\multicore\idle_gpio example, the current tested on the VDDHV of DK was normal, and the sleep current was only about 5uA. However, when we tested the VDD of P9, the power consumption was 32uA. For this issue, we tested the VDD of P0, P1, and P7 and found no problem. Only the VDD of P9 had a problem. We tried to turn off the LED, but the power consumption still didn't improve. This issue was tested on the DK of NRF54H20 0.9.0. You can easily reproduce it using PPK2 and NRF54H20DK. Please help us solve this problem. It is very important to us.
