I am not able to open nrf connect for desktop application in my system

I am not able to start nrf connect for desktop appilication after installing... it show the above when i try to open it..

Hi

Try uninstalling nRF Connect for Desktop, and make sure you manually delete the folders located in C:\Users\___\.nrfconnect-apps and C:\Users\____\AppData\Roaming\nrfconnect  then try reinstalling the application again as it seems some of the .json file(s) you're trying to access you don't have permission for.

I have tried it now, but application is installing, it is not opening , it is showing error.
