not getting manage toolchain options or Manage SDK's option

Hi everyone

I have installed the nRF Connect for VS Code Extension Pack later tried to install toolchain the latest is v3.0.2 it successfully installed but im not getting the Manage SDK's ,create new application and other options in NRF CONNECT still there is install toolchain key in blue colour. What could be the problem ?

Using vs code
