nrf51822 --> Keil

Hello

When i am in keil uvision 5.18 and use the pack installer all the examples using Softdevice S110 are gone in Keil. Is this a known issue and is there any way to solve it?

I also got a error 'Cannot compile SVD' (Solved!). Other Error example Cannot install Pack NordicSemiconductor.nRF_DeviceFamilyPack.8.3.2: Cannot compile SVD file(s)

I also posted a support ticket at Keil's forum and support ticket system. Hope there will be a solution soon. Maybe someone can confirm my problem or decline it. If someone know of a solution i am happy to hear it.

Friendly greets, Nick

New Update I got a reaction from Keil and the send me a fix file for the SVD Compile error. Also i got the following reaction:

Dear Nick, as Nordic makes that packs, I am not sure, if there had been examples for the S110. You may remove the recent packs and install older packs to see, if they are still there. If yes, Nordic may have removed them for some reason that you should ask them.

Regarding the the " Cannot compile SVD file(s)" problem please find attached an updated SVDConv.exe tool, where this error is fixed. With that version I can install this pack here without problem. Put the program in ...\KEIL\UV4\SVDConv.exe, after making a backup of the old file. Then remove and install the pack again. (file is added for everyone with the same problem)SVDConv.exe

I've already tried using old packs for example from SDK 8.0 but no S110 example. If i try to adjust a S130 example to S110 example i get a lot of errors. Nordic please tell me how to get my so appreciated examples back ;)

    Thank you for providing SVDConv.exe!

    I have never heard that anyone have lost code during a pack update, that is very unfortunate.

    Instead of using packs, I would recommend the non-pack version of the SDK, the non-pack version of SDK 10.0.0 can be downloaded here by downloading the .zip file. After installation it is a lot easier to manage the non-pack version of the SDK.
