Best platform to go from prototype to custom PCB

Hi. 

I have an idea for a product and I'm looking into different platforms to start prototyping. Something nrf9160 based looks like the way to go, and it would be a huge advantage if the prototype platform makes it easier to get to a custom PCB. Any recommandations?

Below are my roughly prioritized funcitons. 

While the nrf9160 DK has a lot of possibilities it's more expensive and physically bigger than I want for prototyping.

The Thingy91x has several of the components below and is pretty much ready out of the box, but it's missing motion and it seems to be not the best choice if you need to add external sensors/components.

nrf9160 Feather seems like it might be the best choice so far. The size is good and it's easy to add antennas and sensors. From what I can tell the hardware files are open and that can help going from prototype to custom product. 

1. NB-IOT 
2. Battery powered
3. Temperature sensor
4. Motion ( preferably mmwave ) 
5. GPS
6. Accelerometer

Thingy:91X has a socket where you can plug in Qwiic compatible connector. You will find Qwiic motion sensors/radars available online. I think it's a good start. Expecially that you get the newest nRF9151 and battery management included.

Yes, that's quite nice, it also has a current measurement board. Sparkfun has a presence and motion sensor 22494 with Qwiic connector. It also comes in a mini version. Current draw is around 10uA. 

With the added presence sensor if seems to check all the boxes.
