Hi,
We have used nPM1300 on our development board around nRF54H20, but we are experiencing an strange issue.
- when power is attached VBUSINILIM0/VBUSINILIMSTARTUP value is 1 instead of 0, as per https://docs-be.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_npm1300/page/nPM1300_PS_v1.2.pdf?_LANG=enus
this caused current limit to 100mA instead of default 500mA.
- we are not sure why (may be above) VSYS slowly decays to 0 and then again start from 5v when only USB is applied. When VBUSINILIM0/VBUSINILIMSTARTUP value is reset to 0, it stays at around 4.9v.
We have followed reference circuity 2 provided in the datasheet, with Buck1 =1.8v, Buck 2 = 3v, Both LDO not used, 3 led in default configuration, two gpio in there default configuration, GPIO2,3,4 floating, Battery without NTC
