GPIOs can exhibit radiated emissions

Hello:

The latest nRF54L15 Errata for Rev 2 shows that the previously reported "GPIOs can exhibit radiated emissions" is no longer present in the Rev 2 SoC.

Can you please confirm that the issue is fixed completely, no 330Ohm register is needed for GPIOs P1.09, P1.10, P1.11, and P1.12, and that these I/O can be used for high speed communication?

thanks,

Yong

  • Hi,

I can confirm that the issue has been fixed for the nRF54L15 SoC revision 2. Workarounds are therefore not needed for those devices, as the restrictions no longer apply.

Revision 2 devices have build code C00. That is, SoCs marked with either QFAAC0 (for the QFN48 package) or CAAAC0 (for the CSP47 package.)

    Terje
