Hi,
I bought a new nrf52840 DK board as one ofthe original nrf board of my Qorvo QM33120WDK1 kit ( 2 x nrf52840 DK + QM33120W + QM33110W) J3 connector broke. Out of the box I installed the QM33120W board onto the nrf board and tried to plug it to my PC via the J2 port for flashing the Qorvo firmware but althoug my PC ( windows 11) recognized it (sound played and I could see the JLINK USB mount) when I try to connect using J-Flash lite and error pop up saying no probes connected via USB. I looked into the device manager and doesnt appear the JLINK CDC UART PORT under the PORTS (COM & LPT) section. It does appear a BULK interface on the other devices section, though.(Screenshot attached)
This did not happen to the original nrf board or to the other one that comes in the Qorvo kit. Also, when I connect the nrf board either via the J2 or J3 port to give power or to connect to my PC the LED1 blinks fading in and out, when in the other board this led was ON the whole time.
is there anything I have to do to the board so it is able to connect or should it work out of the box as I have described?
Also to note, I have tried in different PCs, with different cables and it doesnt work. It did work with the other nrf so it doesnt seem to be an issue of Drivers or the Segger J-link software version.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance.
