PPK2 No Device Setup Found

Hi,

I am facing issues while setting up the PPK2 in one of my desktop.

The same hardware is working fine on another desktop.

Can you let me know what could be missing here?

Hi Harish,

Since the issue is on one particular desktop, it could be that the power profiler app was not properly installed on the system.

Try to navigate to:

 C:\Users\<your-user>\AppData\Roaming\nrfconnect\

Delete the pc-nrfconnect-ppk folder.

And then reinstall the Power Profiler app from nRF Connect.

Also, maybe some firewall is enabled on this desktop and caused an installation issue.

Have you tried the same USB cable for both the systems?
