I have attached one external antenna to my initiator device and one to my reflector, both devices being nrf 54l15 dk and the antenna are connected to the SWF connector. I'm standing at the same distance for all channel sounding tests. When I don't use the antenna the average rssi value is around -70 dbm, but when I use an external antenna on both the rssi value goes to around -80 dbm. I am pretty sure the result is supposed to be the opposite, I am not sure why this is happening. Am I supposed to turn on any configurations in order to use the external antenna? Also, when I plug the external antenna in, will it take the result purely from the external antenna or will it take the average results from both the external and the internal? Any help is appreciated, thank you so much.
