Memory Expansion of nRF52840 DK

Hello DevZone,

It seems that the nRF 52840 DK has 1MB of internal flash memory and it can be extended by external memory via QPSI. I have found External Memory source where it says, "

The nRF52840 DK has a 64 megabit external flash memory. The memory is a multi-I/O memory supporting both Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) and Quad Serial Peripheral Interface (QSPI).

The memory is connected to the chip using the following General-Purpose Input/Output (GPIO)s:"

So in order to get this 64Mb or 8MB of storage should I need to short any on board pins or do I need to purchase anything externally?

The memory chip is connected by default, all you needed to do is to flash one of the examples that use it.
