NRF54L15 0.3pF capacitor C0G 0.01pF 50V

Dear reader,

I am currently working on a project using the NRF54L15 MCU. There is plenty of documentation available for this component, and the reference circuitry for the MCU and its key components is very helpful.

However, while searching for the correct components, I haven’t been able to find a part that matches the specifications listed for Circuit Configuration 1 for QFN48 (QFAA), component C11: 0.3 pF, Capacitor, C0G, ±0.01 pF, 50V. I’ve searched through Mouser and other major distributors but could not find any capacitor that meets all of these specifications.

Could someone please point me to a source or suggest where I can obtain this component?

Hi, James.

If you have a look at the BOM of the nRF54L15 DK, you'll see that GRM0335C1HR30BA01 is the component used for the 0.3 pF shunt cap (C61 on the DK).

Thanks for your response! I was already wondering whether this information about the DK board could be found somewhere! That said, I still find it strange that a tolerance of 0.01pF is explicitly specified, while this component has a tolerance of 0.1pF.
