nRF54L15: Use full Flash and RAM for cpuapp

Hello!

In the NCS SDK for the nRF54L15 chip, the DTS is configured in a way that part of Flash and RAM is reserved for the FLPR core (RISC-V core).

I'm wondering if we don't use this extra core, can we use the entire Flash and RAM for our application?
