About Bluetooth connect failed

Hello Sir,

I am currently working with the chip:nRF54l15 and ncs:2.9.1

Now, I have designed an onboard PCB antenna using the nrf54l15 chip and flashed the peripheral_uart sample from ncs2.9.1 for testing.

The test result shows that the broadcasting is normal, and I can receive its broadcast data when I use the nRF Connect app on my mobile phone.but it failed when request to conncet .

It reports error 0x3e and gatt connect establish failed.

Meanwhile, when I use another central_uart sample to test, it also fails to scan. I wonder if this is a software configuration issue or a hardware problem.

I also have one nrf54l15DK official demo board. Running the same sample on this board is all normal.

Do you have any suggestions? Here is the printed log.Could you possibly detect any clues from these logs?

Hi,

I also have one nrf54l15DK official demo board. Running the same sample on this board is all normal.

Seems the issue might be on HW since the same SW can run on nRF54L15DK without issue. I suggest you create a new support case with this title: "nRF54L15 PCB review" to review your PCB design. If the content is sensitive, you can create a private case which only shared with NordicSemi.
