NRF52832 WLCSP X-ray

Hello,
we use nrf52832-ciaa in our project and it is light sensitive.

Could we use x-ray to inspect soldering quality or it will damage the mcu?

Hi Anton,

The WLCSP package is sensitive to visible and infrared light, it's not more sensitive to X-rays than the QFN packages. X-raying the chip shouldn't be a issue.
