nRF52 and crystal difficulties

Hello, I made 10 custom board with nRF52 rev C, epson 128FA 128 32 MHZ, epson FC 135 32,768 KHz

I have some difficulties to get crystals working.

10 of the CPU run code correctly (SWD programming and debugger) 2 of the 32 MHz crystal work (others never start) 1 of the 32 KHz crystal works (others never start)

I have done a selftest to be sure that both are started, changed capacitors multiple times (10 pF, 12 pF, 15 pF)

I don't know exactly what can i do now as test. Any proposition ? :-)

I found, parasite capacitors are probably higher than expected, i have do go to 10 pF and lower.
