Is there a undocumented register to control the CC1/CC2 inputs?

Many power-banks switch off it's output if the current falls below a certain value (e.g. when the devices battery is full). Toggling the CC lines would then re-enable the power. This would allow backing up a device with a power bank and only enable its output from time to time to recharge the device.

Unfortunately, no. The CC pins are purely passive on nPM1300. If you want to control the registers, then it is better to just hook up the CC lines with the microcontroller GPIOs and toggle them with that.
