Fix for NCSDK-31962: Advertiser buffer leak on Suspend-Resume

Hello,

You have an outstanding bug related to buffer leak in Bluetooth Mesh suspend-resume operation, NCSDK-31962 https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ncs-latest/page/nrf/releases_and_maturity/known_issues.html#bluetooth_mesh

In Zephyr RTOS, there is already a fix added as part of stable version 4.2.0 https://github.com/zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr/pull/89881 - but so far I haven't seen it merged yet based on release notes of 3.1.0 previews.

Is it going to be a part of 3.1.0 stable release? If yes, what is the timeframe for it?

If not, when should we expect it to be added?
