Creating a new board wit nRF Connect SDV v2.9.0

I am trying to create a new board, following the Exercise 1 – Custom board for single-core SoC (nRF Connect SDK Intermediate), but I am getting this error:

Does anyone have any suggestion?

I restarted the computer, and it worked correctly.
