Change nRF9161-DK - VDD_GPIO to 3.0 V

I would need to change the GPIO voltage of the nRF9161 (M1) from 1.8 to 3.0 VDC. On nRF9161-DK schematic I see that VDD_GPIO can be isolated from nPM1300 (U9) VOUT1 by cutting SB31. The isolated part of SB31 can be connected to  nPM1300 VOUT2 which is currently providing 3.0 V ( configurable trough board configurator).

SKY65943 (U2) tolerates  3.0 V.. no problem there (anyway we're not interested in the GPS functionality).

I guess I also need to cut SB32 and connect the isolated and also to nPM1300 (U9) VOUT2 in order to get the IOs of  nRF5340 (U3) operating at 3.0 V.

Not sure about if a changing the GPIO voltage from 1.8 to 3.0 V is compatible with the components connected to the various GPIOs on the nRF9161 DK 

If I make the above described modifications do I get a working nRF9161 DK with GPIOs of nRF9161 (M1) operating at 3.0 V (or is this configuration not possible) ?

If not,how if I cut SB33 and connect everything to 3.0 V (including VDD) ? All the components of the board seems to be compatible with a a power supply of 3.0 V with exception of the SIM which receives its 1.8 V directly form nRF9161... isn't it ?
