nRF52840DK board + zephyr + External Flash + FatFS + USB MSC, starting point ? samples and configurations ?

Hi, DEVZONE, 

Can you suggest a proper samples and tell me what are must-have configurations ?

nRF (zephyr) SDK v3.0.1 or v3.1-rc1 versions are preferred. 

Also, can you suggest the proper configurations for my purpose ?
