Master Control Panel cannot find PCA10031

Conditions in www.nordicsemi.com/.../Why-can-Master-Control-Panel-not-find-my-Master-Emulator-Dongle have been met, ie all components of PCA10031 have installed successfully with the versions below:

Master Control Panel v3.4.0.8098 JLink CDC UART Port v6.0.2601.5 Portable Device JLINK v6.1.7600.16385 J-Link Driver v2.6.8.1

PC running Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit.

Seems you have an pretty old J-Link driver. Please try to install nRF5x-Command-Line-Tools-Win32 from here.

Hi Petter, thanks for answering. Unfortunately, my J-Link driver is still showing version 2.6.8.1 after installation of nRF5x-Command-Line-Tools version 8.3.0. I was not given the choice of switching the driver for the PCA10031 during JLink driver installation. When I try to update device driver by pointing at the SEGGER/JLink_V510m folder, Windows claims my device drivers are already up to date.
