RF TX power was lower than expect

When I use DTM mode and config nRF54L15 to 8dBm, I only see 5.3dBm.
And I tried 3 boards, they are the same.
Is that normal or not

The whole cable loss is lower than 1dB.

Is it the nRF54L15 DK you're testing with?

Could you try the radio test sample, instead of the DTM sample, and see what the results are then?
