How to add a new UUID for Service and Characteristic in NCS of the sample Matter template ?

    I am developing the SED product of Matter over Thread protocol, now I want to customize a Bluetooth Service and Characteristic for my company's Bluetooth private protocol, how should I do it?

What you are asking is similar to one of the feature we provided in the matter lock sample.
