Trigger ADV by button

        Hi, This is my basic information:

        CHIP: NRF52840DK

        SDK: NCS2.9.0

        Project: Matter Bulb

        

         This is my question:

         I want to commission bulb into 2 fabrics, but when I commission it to fabric A, it can't start ADV, I need to trigger ADV manually;

         But when I press BUTTON1, log only popup "I: Software update is disabled[2025-08-21 15:23:30.391]", how can I trigger ADV by button?

Hi, 

Are you using the unmodified NCS v2.9.0 matter/light_bulb sample? If so, I cannot reproduce the issue.

The default log shows that the advertising started without an extract action. 

Then, I press BUTTON1 on nRF52840DK, it shows

        Hi, could you commission the bulb to one fabric first, then trigger ADV start aiming to commission to second fabric?

Please try NCS v3.1.0 and let me know it can help or not.
