BLE Sniffing for NRF54H20 chip

Hi,

I was wondering whether the nrf54H20 can utilise the BLE sniffing firmware used with the nrf52840?

If not, will this firmware be made available in the future and if so when would it be expected?

Hello,

Unfortunately, no. The Sniffer FW will only work on the devices that we have .hex files for:

Currently, the sniffer firmware is based on the nRF5 SDK, and it's softdevice, so that is why we don't have support for the nRF53, or the nRF54 series. I don't know whether there any plans to update this in the near future. 

If you don't have any of the devices in this list, but want a cheap sniffer, I can recommend getting hands on an nRF52840 dongle.
