nRF54L15 - ADC maximum input voltage

Hello,

I’m trying to clarify the maximum ADC input voltage specification for the nRF54L15. Am I correct in assuming that it’s limited to the maximum IO voltage, i.e. VDD + 0.3 V?

The reason I’m uncertain is that the ADC has an option to attenuate the input (e.g., by a factor of 2/8 to 2/3), which seems to suggest that higher input voltages might be allowed.

Max voltage on any pin is always VDD + 0.3 V. So you must scale the voltage externally if you exceed this.
