Latest NRF Connect extension breaks pristine builds on Windows

Hi, The latest version of the NRF connect VScode extension uses forward slashes in paths, which break pristine build on Windows.

The path to my sources has /V in it which is interpreted as an escape character.  C:\Vigglab\Projects\Avilon

I just wanted to report the bug. 

I reverted these extensions and now it is working again

Could you try nRF Connect for VS Code version. 2025.9.732 ?

I had the same problem just now;

C:\Repos\... interpreted with invalid \r

Now it can compile again with 2025.9.732
