Can't download nRF5 SDK 16 using curl

Hi,
I am no longer able to download the nRF5 SDK version 16.0.0_98a08e2 using curl.
A few weeks ago it worked fine, but now I can only download the .zip file through a browser. When I try with curl, I get a 403: "Unauthorized" error, which seems related to some security restriction.

I don’t encounter this problem with other SDK versions (such as 17.0.2 or 17.1.0).
Is this level of security really necessary for this site?
