Thread OTA with Zephyr using NRF52840DK Board

I want to implement OTA (Over-the-Air) updates using Thread on the nRF52840 DK board.

Are there any sample codes or references available for achieving this with Thread?

Thread does not offer a proprietary FOTA method.
