Insertion loss for nRF21540 in Power down mode

Assume the nRF21540 used as a front end for nRF52840. When the nRF21540 module is in power down mode can it pass the signal without significant loss? If yes what is insertion loss in the power down mode in the TX direction and in the RX direction? In the power down mode which path is selected TX or RX?

No it can't, for receive you have to enable the RX mode and for transmit you need to enable the TX mode, there is no bypass option and definitely no support for RX or TX in power down mode.
