I recommend you go through Lesson 9 – Bootloaders and DFU/FOTA from the nRF Connect SDK Intermediate course on DevAcademy, as this shows you how to implement and test DFU for nRF Connect SDK (pay paritular attention to Exercise 5 – FOTA over Bluetooth Low Energy, as that is the relevant transport for Find my).
