For the nRF54L15, what is the voltage at the output pin of DCC (and input pins of DECD, DECA, and DECRF) in DC-DC mode?

  Is it 0.9V?  Is it constant?

Hi, 

DECRF,  DECD and DECA should be constant at 0.9 V in active mode. In idle mode DECD drops to 0.7 V . DCC pin will have a switching signal with 8 MHz frequency not constant. All in DCDC mode.

Hi, 

These are internal regulators and they will not come with full spec. as they are somehow not directly relevant to final application or use case.
