Our product uses the Nordic nRF52832 chip, and we recently encountered a device with an anomaly related to FDS writes to Flash. We are using nRF5 SDK version 17.1.
In our product's application scenario, there is a situation where users frequently read from and write to a specific page.
Recently, a faulty unit was returned to us. By dumping the contents of the Flash, we discovered that the File Keys and Record IDs stored using FDS were in a corrupted or chaotic state.
The contents of the two DATA pages and one SWAP page printed from the Flash are as shown in the attachment. Almost all stored data is missing File Keys and Record IDs.
What could be the possible reasons for this?
