Try deleting the file referenced in the error message, and re-install it again. If it still fails, I suspect that there's a company wide policy (virus scanner?) that is somehow altering the downloaded .tgz file.
yeah, I have tried that already, deleting and re installing

You can try downloading it manually and placing it in this formerly mentioned folder

Does your colleagues have the same issue as you?
ok I will try manually and let you now, my colleagues do not have any issue with programmer
