nrf52840 DK not connecting. none of the inputs connect

Hi, My board is not being found on my windows or in frm the NRF connect. what do we do?

Can you show me a picture of how your nRF52840 DK is connected to your computer. Can you describe what (if any) LEDs are lighting up on your end. Also, please confirm that the following switches on the DK are in the correct positions:

• Power switch in the ON position.
• nRF power source in the VDD (middle) position
• VEXT->nRF in the OFF position
• FLOW CONTROL in the ON position
• nRF ONLY | DEFAULT in the DEFAULT position
• TRACE in the Def. position

After revisiting all the set up switches, I found that the VEXT->NRF was in the On position. Thank you very much.
