I tested matter bridge sample running on the nRF7002DK with peripheral_lbs sample running on the nRF54L15DK.

Is the peripheral_lbs sample correctly run on the nRF54L15?

I can see you are using NCS version V3.1.0. What versions of the hardware you are using?
