nRF52840 DK not getting detected by PC

I had used nRF52840 DK sometime ago and successfully tested it with different codes. But now when I connect the kit to the PC, it is not getting detected by the same PC that I used last time. I am running Windows 11 and I have installed J-Link SEGGER utility. On the board, I have set the power switch ON, nRF power source Selection as VDD and the sw6 on DEFAULT selection. I tried to press the IF BOOT/RESET button while power cycling the kit, but still it's not detected. The device manager is not able to detect it also. The on-board LED5 keeps flickering.

Hello Shaunak,

Q1: There's a green LED that should lit up, LED5, when you connect the USB cable. Does this light up?

Q2: Which USB port are connecting the cable to? J2 or J3?

Q3: SW10 right next to the power switch, is it set to OFF as well?

Hi Asbjørn

I had by mistake kept the VEXT switch ON. That was causing this issue. After putting it OFF, I am now able to access and program the board.

I kindly request you to close this ticket.
