Unable to execute shell commands via nrf serial terminal on the distributor device.

i have given shell command through RTT and its working fine but when i try to start distribution, i am getting below error

Please advise me how can i fix this error.

Hi, 

What is the error? I don't see any error; only the distribution phase changed to failed. 

Which NCS version are you using? Could you try the latest version v3.1.0?
Are you using Bluetooth Mesh: Device Firmware Update (DFU) distributor and Bluetooth Mesh: Device Firmware Update (DFU) target without modification?
Could you also provide the log from the target role?
