Hello all. I have an issue in production of a device that utilizes the 52833, aQFN73 7x7mm package, in regards to the pad stack dimensions. I wanted to check the datasheet to reference against the dimensions that the product uses for it's padstack. I went to here: https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_nrf52833/page/mec_spec.html which gives the pin dimensions but no pad stack layout design recommendations.
I've also looked at the reference design to try and pull dimensions from but it just confused me more as the layout pads use different solder mask dimensions for different pins.
So is there any pad stack layout reference guide specifically called out for the 7x7 mm package pins?
